●院内では引き続きマスクの着用をお願いしております。
Please take a mask when you come to clinic.
●当院は予約制ではありません。受付で番号札をお渡しします。
We dont make a appointment, we will give you waiting number.
Please take health insurance card and medeical certificate if you have.
●初診の方、コンタクトレンズやメガネの処方箋を希望の方は検査等にお時間がかかります。受付終了時刻の1時間前までを目安にお越し下さい。
Please come to clinic by 12:00 or 18:00 espcially who wants prescription of glasses or eyelenses because exam usually takes a long time.
※コンタクトレンズ処方希望の方へ※
当院はコンタクトレンズの処方箋のお渡しはしておりません。
ノーマルの2週間タイプ以外のコンタクトレンズは基本的に後日のお渡し、もしくはご自宅へ郵送となります。
現金のみ取り扱いの為、クレジットカードや電子マネーはご利用いただけません。
We dont make a prescription of eyelenses.
Basically you have to come to pick up eyelenses after 2or3days or we can send to your address if you want.
And way of payment is cash only, credit card and digital money are not available.
●土曜は比較的混みますので、木曜日を除く平日16:00〜18:00頃の受診をお勧めします。
We recommend you to come afternoon of monday to friday eccept thursday.Its little crowded on saturday.
